    Customer stories are compelling—but even better with real data. Sprig struggled to surface metrics that told the product story. I led the development of case studies that highlighted actual ROI, turning qualitative stories into quantitative proof.

  • Enterprise stories.

    As Dashlane shifted to focus on enterprise clients, we lacked enterprise customer stories. I led the creation of a flagship story that was featured across multiple major marketing campaigns, giving the brand credibility with its new audience.

  • Video-first.

    Some stories are best told through events or video. I spearheaded digital events featuring Sprig customers, including Figma, where their mixed-methods researcher and product manager shared how they leveraged Sprig’s product experience platform. These sessions brought customer insights to life and amplified our product storytelling.
